As it is rapidly approaching my favorite time of the year, it is time for that last minute fine tuning of your archery equipment, checking shooting lanes, etc, to get ready for opening day. Hopefully everyone has a successful archery season. Just something I like to remind some of my friends. A successful hunt is not always measured by the # of points, width of the spread, or overall P&Y score, but the time out in the stand admiring nature's work, time spent around the campfire with old buddies and new ones swapping stories, and just the overall feeling of success to have been within range of that deer, without being busted, even if your never draw on him. Everyone enjoy their hunting season and come on and share some stories from 2003
