Default Cancer removed

Had a basal cell carcinoma cancer spot removed from my arm yesterday. The resulting gash they sewed up will dampen my bow shooting, at least a few days anyhow. This is my second brush with cancer and both times it affected my bow shooting. All I can say is take precautions. I used to be out on the boat constantly and feel being in the sun without sunscreen lead to me getting this. So use sunscreen and stop using tobacco and avoid what I have gone through. Sounds simple enough, right? lol
Here is a pic of my newest scar. It goes across my forearm almost all the way on top.
