Well its been crazy but we are getting there. Starting this thread so we can start a list of Donated Hunts or Trips. I will start it and being adding to it as time goes by. And my hope is that others will add also.

Skeeter, I sorry for delayed response. As I was looking for the answer to your question it generated more questions. So I have emailed my contact with GSSafaris, which is now in Africa, and am waiting a reply. She says she will be back stateside on May 4, so as soon as I hear from her I will get you your answer. No worries. Look forward to hearing the details. Actually leaving for Africa on may 7th. Hope to have a bunch of pix to show off at the banquet!

John Michel of Texas Shoot-Out has donated a Javelina Hunt for two. This hunt will take place on February 20,21,22,23, & 24rth, 2019.

T-4 Exotic has donated a two day exotic doe and hog hunt for 1. Includes 1 doe, either BlackBuck, Fallow, Axis, or Aoudad ewe and 1 hog. Other animals may be added at the regular price.

Dave Johnson of Triggers Mountain Hunts has donated another Meat Hunt. 2 people 1 day, Guided Archery Meat Hunt, Doe or Spike, 2 deer each hunter, unlimited varmits, 1 turkey, lodging available. May add additional day for hunters for 200.00. Archery season only.

Thehunt include meals, accommodations, alcohol in moderation
Thiscan be upgraded to a 7 day hunt for $2,000. Additional trophies can be added atthe normal trophy list price.

Matsuri Safaris is donating a 7 day Hunt for 2 Hunters in Limpopo South Africa.
$1400 to go toward your animals taken.
7 full days of hunting.
Includes guide, drinks, field prep of trophies.
Hunting will be out of ground blinds, tree stands, pit blinds, and double bull blinds. Shots average 12-25 yards.
On donated hunts $200 will be charged per hunter on arrival and departure days.
* All donation hunts is guided on a 2×1 basis.

Let me add a little note,
Dena, Hunter and myself along with 3 other hunters, and 2 wife's (non hunters) just returned from hunting at Matsuri Safaris and we could not have had a better time. 31 animals were killed between the 6 of us, ranging from Sable, down to baboon. Guides, staff, and host were top notch. The food was awesome, as well as the fellowship. We cannot wait to return one day.

Well, it came and is now done! My first time ever and wow! Exhausting, and many lessons learned. Thanks for the members who stepped up and helped to pull this off. I learned a few things from the mistakes that were made and hopefully that will prove valuable in years to come. I enjoyed it and had several compliments. The first ever Wild Game Cook Off was a success, at least for the winners and especially for those of us getting the samples through out the day. We could have used a few more teams but the ones we had were awesome. Hope to have pictures posted soon.
Thanks to all who donated items for the bucket raffles, silent auction, and the live auction. ( a... we could really use an auctioneer next year) and thanks to all that attended. Wish we could do this several times a year just so I could see everyone..... No i'm not volunteering. Shoot straight and Pray hard! Clark
