Wow! I like (heavy sarcasm implied) how someone makes a reasonable suggestion like eliminating harvest during the spawning season to see if it helps and immediately someone suggests eliminating harvest by bowhunters all together. And of course I don't recall seeing any suggestion of allowing only catch and release for anglers.
