Bow Recommended for Beginners

Hi, I am new to the site and was wondering what is a good bow for biginners. To give you all a brief background, last time i shot a bow was about 15yrs ago.

I am interested in a composite bow, and was wondering if some of you had some recommedations on which brand. I dont want to spend much, but i also dont want a cheap one. Thanks for your opinion in advance.
