Just to make sure I have to schedule right....We can get there on Sat (2/5) and spend the night. then the hunt is Sun morning (2/6). Is this correct?

I thought hunt was on Saturday?

Brian or Hunt Committee,
Please clarify the actual day of the hunt. Also, do we need hunters orange?

Let me clarify. The hunt will begin Sat morning and will overflow to Sunday if we have too many to get it all done Saturday. As of right now we will complete it all on Saturday. Sorry for any confusion.

Mark, no broadheads are allowed because they don't want the dogs to get injured. In the flyer it says to use snare-o's or judo kondors. I plan to use regular field points.

I think I'll extend the deadline until Friday, Jan 14. I've only received five deposits so far. You can use credit card through LSBA Paypal too, if you need it.

I got mine done over the phone with Dena (actually it was Bobby) 'cause I was gonna be too late to get it there by the deadline (Thank you Kanas!). It is done though so I will see everyone there. Ronny it will be good to see you again; it's been a long time.

I've worked out a deal with the preserve owner for overnight accomodations, IF...you don't mind bringing your own cot or air mattress and sleeping bag. There is a restroom, but no shower. It's a nice clean place with a couple of couches, TV and fireplace. We'll still have to go to town for food, but you'd have to go out to eat if you were in a hotel anyway. If we want, we can bring steaks and cook on the grill... He said he'd charge $20/night per person. Please keep in mind, this is just a big room and everyone would be snoring/sleeping (and other bodily functions) in the same room. We can accomodate 10-12 folks. I think it would be fun, but I'm an old country boy. Let me know if you want to take advantage of this opportunity.
