Tomme, I've given it a lot of thought and am gonna have to be a no-show this year. Y'all are gonna have to carry the concrete pig without me again.

There's a hunt down at Freer I'm going on just a few weeks after the G&G is scheduled. It costs quite a bit more and mama don't want me away from the house twice that close together. Well Freer has some friends from out of state attending that I haven't seen in two years, so I figure I'll go cut up with them for the weekend. 'Sides, that little cafe' downtown sure serves up some good vittles.
Maybe I can talk her into the banquet. We'll see.................
