				 Chester 2008
Mark your calendars for May 17th and 18th to come to Chester for the Glen Parker Memorial Stick Bow Round Up. We already have Bob Lee Archery and Whispering Wind Arrows comming and will have more dealers, vendors, etc. coming. Also planned is a moving carp target on the course, a crawfish boil and night shoot on Saturday night. On Sunday at 2:45pm we will have a short memorial service for Connor Phillips, Jim Hickman, and Rod Ham. 3 people that died too soon. Flyers will be sent out in February. Keep in touch and good hunting!

Forgot to add: Bring flu-flu arrows for we will have the flying disc again this year with a competition on Saturday afternoon. Also, we had 357 scorecards handed out last year! Also, a new motel has opened in Woodville (about 17 miles from shoot), it is the Stagecoach Inn. Thier number is 409-331-1100.

ThanksWe try hard to make this the best shoot ever, but, we would like to hear any comments, suggestions, complaints, you might have. That is the only way we can become better. As many know, it is alot of work, usuallly done by a few, for the pleasure and for many. Does not matter what shoot you attend, take a minute to tell the people who put it on, a big Thank You! If you find a problem, don't leave and bad month them, pull one aside and quietly tell them about the problem so that they can fix it for the next time.

				 Chester
My boys and I started attending years ago. I look forward to it every year.
Chester and the TBOT Vanderpool shoot are like Christmas, the Super Bowl or the World Series to me. Take care. Mike.

Hey you trad guys, keep this in mind.
I have heard nothing but good about this shoot. It ranks with the TSLC and the Hill Country Shootout... EASILY.
