I had to do some fancy footwork since I found out not long ago that the ASA Shoot was being held the same weekend that we had decided to have the banquet. The banquet is being moved back to it's old date of the 3rd weekend in March so as to not conflict with the ASA shoot in Paris the 4th weekend. (March 17th Saturday 2007 is the date for the banquet). It is being held at the Plaza Hotel in Bryan/College Station and we hope that BCAC would still want to hold a Regional, albeit a weekend earlier then originally discussed. I forwarded a general announcement to the EC recently about the new date and included a line to Brandon to ask if the dates would work for all involved to host the Regional there.
Sorry for the confusion but I am not a big 3-D follower and only learned after the last EC Meeting at our home this summer that the ASA Shoot was already booked in Paris. The EC agreed the end of July that we needed to move the banquet date so as to not miss the chance to represent the LSBA at this world class event.
