Question Newbie Question About Draw Length Someone Really Tall

Howdy folks...I used to dabble with bow-hunting with my father back when I was a teenager, and lately I've been thinking about getting back into it for deer hunting. The problem is, I'm very tall and not sure if I can find a bow that I can shoot comfortably. (I've long since out-grown the old bow I used when I was about 14.)

I'm 6'6" tall and have really long arms, and based on the draw length calculators I've found on the web, my draw length should be in the neighborhood of 31.5". However, on most of the websites I've found that sell bows, I see that most of them are only adjustable to a 30" draw length. Can I get by with using that much of a shorter draw length? Are there any compound bow manufacturers that make "Sasquatch-sized" bows? Are there any other recommendations, such as using a mechanical release? I haven't bought any equipment yet and will be starting from a clean slate, so any suggestions would be appreciated!

Thanks,
MojoTexas
