Default North East Texas Lease

I have been searching for a new place in East Texas. I have a couple of places that are several hours away but wanted a place I could run to for an afternoon hunt. He said he still has room for 5 more folks so I thought I would put it here. Seems like a nice place for someone that lived in Dallas or Paris.

5000 ac Bow lease in Red River County. Property is in a MLDP Program with TPWD Level 2. We can hunt from October through end of February. Bow only through Thanksgiving Friday. Starting that day, gun hunting will be allowed for MANAGEMENT deer only. Mature does, spikes, Cull Bucks as well as Hogs and Varmints. BOW ONLY for Trophy deer. World Class Eastern Turkey. Shotgun or Bow only. This is a year round lease. Water and electric will be added this summer to common camp ground. Long term lease is in place. I have app.7 spots only available. It will not last long. The property will be fed protein year round. Each member will have a private Bow spot.

it is $1750.00 a year with a total of 20 hunters on the lease

Sounds like a good lease Marty. I hope it works out for you.

My cousin has land in RR county near Deport, just over 100 acres, he's said I can hunt anytime I want. Nice looking little spread with a deep gorge on the back property line. He has quite a few deer crossing his property and occassionally hogs too. I'm going to have to try to get out there this year.
