Timm, did you get the segment B hunt? One of the guys from the Denton archery club is hunting the last hunt. Good luck to you.

Yes, I was drawn for segment b. I have walked over 20 miles scouting for deer and stand locations. I have had the pleasure of walking up on a group of hogs that could fill several freezer in the Metroplex. :!:

I saw a really nice eight point and lots of does.

Who was it from your club to get drawn?

His name is Al James. Hes a good guy and hasn't had a lease in a couple of years so this is a good oppurtunity for him.

Have you been back to that lease to hunt the buck you were wanting?

Yes, I went back out there at the end of October. I never saw the buck.
I saw some really nice bucks, but they were off limits.

Get your work schedule in order for next Spring and let's go back down to Laredo.

I just talked to Mike Smith and he is going to have a rough day today.
All he can think about is the Hagerman.

He stand is all setup and the weather is perfect.

I am counting on Mike to give me an update this weekend. My hunt starts the 29th and ends Dec 1st.
