Hesco makes the best with the Meprolight pin. The only drawback is that it is only available in just a plain threaded pin and very few people still use that style of sight bracket. Have taken the 6-32 version and slightly grind down the side of the threads and it will fit in the slots on the newer sight brackets and will work. They come in green, yellow and red. The green is the brightest, then red then yellow.
Truglo makes a combo, fiber optic and tritium pin that is a replacement for the newer sights, however it is not as bright in the dark as the Meprolight pin. The truglo's are available through bass pro, cabela's, etc. The meprolight, you probably have to have your local archery shop order it, or possibly some of the bigger mail order archery shops may have them. We do lots of night hog hunting, and the meprolight is the best I have found

Gary I bought a couple off of Larry Zimmerman about 4 years ago that I really like. The green one especially seems to work for me. It has a big pin and takes some getting used to, but is really effective. Is that the first variety you were talking about?

Tomme, that sounds like the Meprolight pin. They are a little bigger than most pins, but work extremely well in the dark.
