Default Volunteers Needed - Youth Shoot

We have been invited to participate with our youth shooting booth at the Bayou City Fishing & Hunting Expo on May 16 thru 18. This will be a pretty intense event for the LSBA volunteers similar to the TTHA Expo. Mark you calendars now to help out at the event. Here are some of the particulars about the show:

I would personally like to extend an invitation for Lone Star Bowhunters Assn. to the 2008 Bayou City Fishing & Hunting Expo. The 2008 Bayou City Fishing & Hunting Expo is Houston's premier fishing & hunting consumer show, featuring over 350 plus exhibitors. Attendees come to the Bayou City Fishing & Hunting Expo looking for the latest products and services in the sportsmen industry. We hand pick each exhibitor to insure we have the latest in products and services.

Some of the 2008 Bayou City Fishing & Hunting Expo exhibitors include:

Chas-Mac * Tops-N-Towers * Warthog * Mossy Oak * East Texas Fishing Guide *
Adventures at Eagle Ranch * Houston Bad Boy Buggies * Wittenburg Bags * Argo *
Fish & Wildlife Company * Arroyo City Fisherman's Lodge * Canada North Lodge *
Cajun Fishing Adventures Clothing * Feather Flage * Cutt Down Game Calls *
Gator
Outdoors * Gene's Polaris Country * Heart Bluff Game Ranch * Hunter's Escape

Plus many, many more.........

In addition to our advertising campaign, we have several promotional events going on during the 2008 Bayou City Fishing & Hunting Expo to increase attendance and promote
spending.

*Friday night the Bayou City Fishing & Hunting Expo welcomes An American Legend, Ted Nugent.

*T-shirt Give Away- First 2000 people in the door on Friday from 4-6 receive a
limited addition t-shirt.

*Deer Dollars- Every adult the purchase admission into the show, will receive
one free raffle ticket. We will draw one ticket every 30 min, from 4:30 on Friday
to 3:00 on Sunday and that winner will receive $500.00 in Deer Dollars. Deer Dollars must be spent on products and services with the exhibitor, and are
only good during show hours. The exhibitors then bring the deer dollars to the show office and redeem them for cash.

* Extreme Air Dog Competition- How far can your dog launch? On Saturday,
customers can register their dog and compete for bragging rights and prizes.

We would love to have Lone Star Bowhunters Assn. as an exhibiting partner for the Bayou City Fishing and Hunting Expo.

Looks like we could do some good here. Please take some time and volunteer to help with this event.

Sounds like a lot of fun, and the possibility to meet Unlce Ted, I will be there all three days then. This will be a very busy weekend at the event. It will take a lot of volunteers to make this happen. If we can get plenty of help, then we can work in shifts and be able to walk around and look at other vendors. Bob
