Could we have a little more info on what it takes to make the 300 DPI?

What megapixel camera is needed or what resolution?

Or any additional terms to help me understand.

Don't expect all of us to know everything. Some of us are slow learners or in my case, have CRS. So I am constantly having to relearn everything.
