I figure it is just some land owner trying to make some more lease money,probably saw some poor duck hunters hunting ducks,and figure that they should be leaseing,the duck hunting rights,They figure that since they own the deer and other wildlife, that they own the Ducks on the water that touches the land.The way i see it ,if this bill is passed,A lot of beople will lose their favorite Duck hunting spot,WE have got to do some thing about this.
