Mark, I was out of allignment. The "55" comment was actually the after-thought. The second paragraph was in response to yours. I do agree with you.

Yes, shoot the 45 as much as possible. If you have a video camera, plug it in and turn it on and film yourself shooting. Then compare it to video of Buff shooting (on his website). Iron out the wrinkles.
