TPWD has invited the LSBA to do our youth archery thing again at Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center in Athens for Cinco de Mayo. Cinco de Mayo is May 5th but the event will be held on Saturday, May 3rd from 8:00 to 5:00.
Volunteers are needed to help with the LSBA archery range. All that’s required is to help youth and their parents safely shoot a few arrows at 3D targets and balloons. You don’t need to be a certified instructor or even an experienced bowhunter to help. It’s a group effort so you won’t be out there on your own.
