I agree with you Bowiz that it's early. I actually wasn't going to start taking deposits until Jan, but I've had at least one person send in their deposit and with the hunt in the magazine and a flyer going out with the election ballots I figured I'd better start.

You actually have up until the hunt itself to get your deposit in, UNLESS the hunt fills to the max of 55. We currently have three signed up so you still have time.

Tomme,

Is it "16 and under" or "kids under 16" hunt free?

Bowwiz 12-20-2006 07:26 PM

Thx Tomme....

Tomme 12-20-2006 07:50 PM

Graybow I know it went out on the flyer as under 16, but if I recall correctly (and boy is my recall iffy at best) in the past it's been 16 and under were free; so that's the way I'm calling it.

We want to encourage the kids to get into bowhunting (they're our future) and speaking as the father of four, it's tough for some families to pay that extra $135 for a 16 year old.

biggen 12-20-2006 11:09 PM

Up until the hunt for payment of the hunt BUT if you want a t-shirt the cut off is two weeks before the hunt!! :!:

Graybow 12-21-2006 12:21 AM

Thanks Tomme,

I always thought it was 16 and under. Last year for one of my boys to hunt free! See ya there!

Ronny 12-21-2006 08:23 AM

I'll bet this will be fun, and we should have a good chance at some turkeys with it being the first weekend of the season.

Tomme 12-21-2006 07:47 PM

There's always some TURKEYS that come on this hunt too, fluttering fingers and all.

I'm going to take one last swing at the concrete pig, but I'm bringing my compound too for a shot at the balloon contest.

LostHawg 12-22-2006 07:41 AM

Tomme, you shouldn't be talking about Ronnie like that...

That nephew of his can sure piddle on the guitar, can't he? I hope I get to go on the 08 hunt. ;) This one's out. :(

Ronny 12-22-2006 09:06 AM

That nephew was playing in your town two weeks ago Losthawg. They are making there second CD as we type. They will be back out there in february. There band is called EXIT 110 maybe you can catch there show.

LostHawg 12-22-2006 11:58 AM

Dude, I'd love to. Ya ought to come out and say howdy yourownself.

Ya know, I drive through your yard every trip I make to see my folks. Maybe I'll see ya at the gas station or something sometime.

Tomme 12-22-2006 01:33 PM

Graybow 12-22-2006 02:41 PM
