tryin to give away my friday overtime now. if i get somebody to take my friday nite, I can help out. Should know something in the morning.

what time can we be there friday to set up?

I am going to do my best to be there by 9:00am on Friday morning to start to set up. So around 9:30 would be great. That gives me a few minutes to check in and work my way around all the exhibits that are already set up and try not to run them over. They close the doors at 11:00am to any vehicle traffic.

Thanks Biggen for posting for me. We will need a lot of help all weekend long.

Here are time times for the shows.
Friday 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Sat. 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
Sud. 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Dan, I can use your from 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm on Friday. Unless you wanted to get there at 10:00 am - 9:00 pm, that would be fine also. Anyone one else that would like to help kids shoot a bow is more than welcome to put your name down also.

I'm not going to be able to help all three days this year. Trying to figure out my schedule to see if I can help at least one day. Will let you know soon as possible.

Derek, that would be great. Jack, Carrie and Me only on Sunday so far. I am going to start a list on Brads orginial post on who I have and when.
