Who All is Shooting State? Do I need to Block a Hotel?

Who all is planning on shooting LSBA's State Shoot in Brazoria? I am wondering if I need to block a hotel for those who will be staying. That way you all can get a discounted rate. I need a rough idea on who all will be staying over.
