Nomination Form & Incorrect Addressing
 

By now most of our members have received the Nomination Forms for the Executive Council in the mail. Unfortunately, the outside company which sent them out for the LSBA had a glitch in their addressing program causing the printer to get offline, so many of the labels had incorrect names with addresses. However, all members should have received nomination forms.

The LSBA Membership records were not affected by this issue and members will continue to receive their magazine and other information at the correct address with the correct name. Only the mailing of the Nomination Forms was affected by the glitch.

If you would like to nominate a member for a position, please complete the form which you received in the mail and return to LSBA's address contained on the nomination form.

I apologize for any inconvenience which this may have caused our members. Thank you for supporting the LSBA!

We recieved ours or our addresses today, so they should be arriving soon. Bob

Haven't seen mine yet but I'll keep a watch for it.

When I picked ours ups, it caught me off guard for a moment even though I new of the error. I saw someone else name, on it and almost put it back into the box, then noticed that is was our address on it, then fianlly looked at the return label and a light went off.

I received my ballot and it was addressed correctly. Now what poor soul should I nominate....:think:
