Ground blinds>>>>>>>>>>>>

Who here hunts out of ground blinds?

I'm getting a DB blind in a few weeks for this season.

I use them quite a bit and really like to hunt out of them. They are comfortable, mobile, keep you dry, contain your scent and make it easier to draw on animals. I really like them in South Texas where the cover tops out at about 5 feet and hiding a tripod is difficult.

The key to me is brushing them in until they disappear in the surrounding vegetation. If you think you have it brushed in well, add a little more.

Good luck with the Double Bull!

Same reason as Cull.

I prefer to hunt out of a tripod or good tree stand but have an early Invisiblind set up for the rainy days.

I prefer to stay dry and still be able to hunt so if the weather turns extremly cold or wet, I have a backup which allows me to hunt in comfort. :)
