Marinated over night and now it's on the smoker.............can't wait.

Well it came out pretty good. Actually the over flow that went on the dehyrator seems to be better. Didn't matter to my son, he was putting it down faster than I could try and package it up. I was hoping to have some left for the hunt in a couple of weeks..........don't think it is going to happen.

And I was out of town and not able to make it by. Figures. Bob

If your son can't lay off then you're going to have to make another batch for the hunt! ;)

There is a little bit left that I hid.........not much though.

Might put a batch together this weekend.....;)
