End of the season
 

We made our last trip to the lease this weekend. Bucks seem to be coming in a little more than pre rut & rut. I got to sit in the stand with the kids for a couple more hunts. I always have mixed feeling this time of year. All in all it was a good year.

I am always slightly depressed after deer season until I think of the grunts and gobbles hunt and some off season hog hunting!

I have been trying hard to get my sone his first kill (rifle). Bee tougher than I thought. I still have yet to kill a buck but am enjoying taking him out the last couple weekends as the hunter. He sure is determined. Lot's of hogs come to my feeder. Looking at getting a hog light.
