Women's Archery Clinic at BPS, Pearland 08/17 1-3
 

I will be hosting a Women's Archery Clinic at Bass Pro Shops in Pearland on Sunday August 17th, from 1:00 to 3:00. It will be a basics only clinic. I will have bows for them to shoot and if they are interested, we can have bows set up for them at BPS. I will have the Genesis there, as well as trad equipment and Evoteks. I also plan on bringing my Parkers. We will be touching on form, technic and safety. Lots of opportunities to shoot. A lot of times women are intimidated by learning from a guy or a spouse, so this is an opporutunity to learn from a lady. Hope to see lots of ladies out there. I had a couple of ladies take the clinic. One was bowhunting for the first time this year and it was great to see her anticipation of the upcoming season. She was eager to learn. Her friend is also interested in bowhunting and was able to shoot one of LSBA's Genesis bows to get her going. This was the first time she had shot a bow. I really enjoyed the small group, as I got to talk more one on one with them.
