5000 ac Bow lease in Red River County. Property is in a MLDP Program with TPWD Level 2. We can hunt from October through end of February. Bow only through Thanksgiving Friday. Starting that day, gun hunting will be allowed for MANAGEMENT deer only. Mature does, spikes, Cull Bucks as well as Hogs and Varmints. BOW ONLY for Trophy deer. World Class Eastern Turkey. Shotgun or Bow only. This is a year round lease. Water and electric will be added this summer to common camp ground. Long term lease is in place. I have app.7 spots only available. It will not last long. The property will be fed protein year round. Each member will have a private Bow spot.

Hay Buff, where in red river co. is this lease ,I might be interested if not to much travel time.

I'm sure it will fill up fast just too far for me.

it is $1750.00 per year. just north of Clarksville on hwy 37

Wish I could afford it, sounds great. Hard to find spots for a good combo spot like that that includes Easterns. Best of luck to you.
