has a date and location been set yet? Hoping to attend, if my work schedule allows. seems like all the good stuff happens on my weekend to work!

Yes it has, June 24. Location is up around the Dallas, Ft. Worth area. Sounds like a nice place. Just cannot remember he name of it.

We're working on the flyer. Still waiting to nail down a couple things first, but shouldn't be long in coming

Hotel Information for the Banquet:

We have blocked rooms at two hotels in Grapevine for the 24th of June.
There are rooms blocked at the Super 8 and at the Hilton Garden.
Prices are as follows:
Super 8 - $89 per night + tax (same rate for single with king bed or double with two queen beds)
Hilton Garden Inn - single is $119 per night + tax
double is $139 per night + tax

The membership meeting will be held at the Super 8 at 9:00am on June 25th, the morning after the banquet. All members are invited to attend.

There are several other hotels/motels in the area if you choose not to stay at either of these.
There is also a Cabin/RV park on Lake Grapevine with RV spaces from $49 - $69 per night and cabins ranging from $93 - $175 per night. See their web site at http://www.vineyardscampground.com/

What is it? 25 more days? I'm ready! Told my 4 yo granddaughter we have to pick a date to go shopping and get her some clothes for the banquet. My little gang is getting ready. Cant wait to see everyone.

Great Banquet. Even tho the weather put a hold on some of the events on Saturday during the day, the 2017 LSBA Banquet turned out really good. There were great vendors, wish I could list them all, but since I may leave someone out, I will not. There was good food during the banquet, some liquor to be had, and lots of great hunts and raffle items. All tho I did not come home with a truck load of raffle items this time, I still had a great time and managed to buy the T4 Exotics hunt again this year. Dean Titsworth is one great guy and has a awesome place. I cannot wait to go back and hopefully Dena and Hunter will be able to make it this time. If not, more for me.:D Last year, I upgraded from my package and took this awesome Black Buck antelope. It ranks #8 in the Texas Bowhunting and Bowfishing Record Book.
